Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Springs of Life Camp Online Shop. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, please send an email to info@springsoflifecamp.org with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will respond promptly to confirm your refund and provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Please note that we can only issue refunds for items that are returned in their original condition and that the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
